OPEN WATER SWIM: Cancelled
ROAD RIDE: Ride from Ruckel Middle School on Hwy. 285 in Niceville. Plan for an 18 to 20 m.p.h. average. The course will be determined by those who show up (approx. 50 - 60 miles). As always there are no snobs allowed. Helmets and a good sense of humor are required!
BACK UP PLAN:
In case of inclement weather bring your trainer to my house at the same time. Call the F.W.B. store (863-8612) or my cell (936-2514) for details.

Tuesdays and Thursdays morning ride times have been changed since the beginning of the school year. These rides begin at 5:30 a.m. from my house. Bring a flashing tail light and headlight for the first hour or so. They are a faster paced ride for distance of around 25 to 30 miles. Please call weekly for updates.
